Delete your Talmas account and data

Talmas works without an account. An account exists only if you signed in with Google to use cloud backup. Deleting it removes your cloud data.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Talmas, go to Profile and find the Backup section.
2. Press and hold “Delete account and cloud data”, then confirm in the dialog. You may be asked to choose your Google account again.

Option 2: by email, without the app

Send an email to support@talmas.app with the subject “Delete my Talmas account”. Write from the email address of the Google account you used to sign in, so we can confirm the account is yours. We will delete the account and confirm by email, usually within a few days and no later than 30 days.

What is deleted

• The cloud copy of your data: profile and profile photo, body measurements, your own and favorite exercises, all workouts with their sets, and the safety snapshot of the previous backup version, if any.
• The sign-in record (Firebase Authentication) tied to your Google account.

Deletion is permanent. Deleted data cannot be restored.

What is not deleted

• Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled. Deleting your account does not stop billing. To cancel: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Talmas PRO → Cancel subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play.
• Data stored on your device, including your profile photo, is not affected. To remove it, uninstall the app, or open Android Settings → Apps → Talmas → Storage and choose “Clear data”.
• Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports are not linked to your name or email. You can turn analytics off in Profile, and reset your advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads).
• Google may keep limited technical server logs and residual backup copies for a short period under its own policies.

Удаление аккаунта и данных Talmas

Talmas работает без аккаунта. Аккаунт появляется, только если вы вошли через Google, чтобы пользоваться облачной копией. Удаление аккаунта стирает ваши облачные данные.

Способ 1: в приложении

1. Откройте Talmas, перейдите в «Профиль» и найдите раздел «Резервное копирование».
2. Нажмите и удерживайте «Удалить аккаунт и облачные данные», затем подтвердите в окне. Вас могут снова попросить выбрать аккаунт Google.

Способ 2: по электронной почте, без приложения

Напишите на support@talmas.app с темой «Delete my Talmas account». Пишите с адреса того аккаунта Google, через который вы входили, чтобы мы могли убедиться, что аккаунт ваш. Мы удалим аккаунт и подтвердим это письмом, обычно в течение нескольких дней и не позднее 30 дней.

Что удаляется

• Облачная копия ваших данных: профиль и фото профиля, замеры тела, ваши собственные и избранные упражнения, все тренировки с подходами, а также подстраховочный снимок предыдущей версии копии, если он есть.
• Запись о входе (Firebase Authentication), связанная с вашим аккаунтом Google.

Удаление необратимо. Удалённые данные восстановить нельзя.

Что не удаляется

• Подписка Google Play не отменяется. Удаление аккаунта не останавливает списания. Чтобы отменить: откройте Google Play → Платежи и подписки → Подписки → Talmas PRO → Отменить подписку. Платежи и возвраты обрабатывает Google Play.
• Данные на вашем устройстве, включая фото профиля, не затрагиваются. Чтобы стереть их, удалите приложение или откройте «Настройки Android» → «Приложения» → Talmas → «Хранилище» и выберите «Очистить данные».
• Обезличенная статистика использования (Firebase Analytics) и отчёты о сбоях не связаны с вашим именем или почтой. Аналитику можно отключить в Профиле, а рекламный идентификатор сбросить в настройках Android (Google → Реклама).
• Google может недолго хранить ограниченные технические журналы серверов и остаточные резервные копии по собственным правилам.
